Zinc Deficiency in Citrus Plants

Citrus Zinc deficiency may affect citrus production in whichever acid or alkaline soils, but it usually can be a more enough dangerous disease in alkaline soil. Zinc deficiency symptoms in citrus,  zinc-deficient infected leaves are looking so tinny and abnormally, conservative, and rather crowded, on single stems; this produces a clustered appearance. An important message to citrus growers, especially orange growers. Zinc deficiency is a major problem in citrus ٖFarming. This causes the citrus to turn yellow prematurely and there is a marked decrease in production and growth.

Zinc deficiency in citrus causes citrus petals and the leaf becomes yellow inside. The branches have small leaves and a large number of leaves. The upper branches stand up and the plant turns yellow. This is called zinc deficiency in citrus.

This problem can be solved by giving zinc to plants. If plants older than four years are given 200 grams of zinc in February, March or August, or September, this problem can be cured.
